What Is the Nature of God?
God is holy! The psalmist, in Psalm 99, declares several times; “…the LORD our God is holy.” Psalm 99:9
The holiness of God has been described this way; “The holiness of God is the utter separateness of God’s being from all other creatures and things, as well as His moral separateness from sin.”1
The Bible tells us that; “God is light and in Him there is no darkness at all.” 1 John 1:5b
It has been rightly stated that “God is a pure and unmixed light, free from all blemish in his essence, nature and operation.”2
God is holy!
